The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested Punit Garg, a former director at Reliance Communications (RCOM) in an alleged bank fraud case. Based on the complaint from public sector banks, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) registered a case against the now defunct RCOM.
